What a great team that cares! Was looking for a dentistry with the soonest available appointment, and they were able to get me in same day for my tooth pain. The entire team, from the dental assistant that got my images done, the hygienist, and the dentist were all very friendly, understanding, and very helpful in creating a plan and answering my questions. All of the regular fears I have of going to a dentist, went out the window! Thank you to the team that are making dental care less scary, and creating a plan focused, non-judgmental environment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental, particularly with the way I was treated by the manager, Kennedy. I initially went to Aspen Dental for an X-ray that was advertised for $29. After that visit, I scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday to have a tooth extracted. Before I had even been seen or received the extraction service, I noticed an $833 charge on my CareCredit account. I immediately contacted the office to find out why I had been charged before receiving any treatment. Kennedy, the manager, explained to me that she “doesn’t like people to play with her” and that she made sure the payment was charged so the patient could not cancel the appointment.I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Because of this charge being placed on my CareCredit account before I even received the service, my credit was impacted by 15 points. A month later, I am still dealing with the consequences of this situation. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed. Two weeks went by and I still had not received my money. When I called the office again, I was told that Kennedy had forgotten to process the refund and would process it ag

My visit was great! I had x-rays taken. The assistant and the doctors looked at the x-ray saw what needed to be done. Provided the correct treatment, clean my teeth and I was out the office in record time. They provided great customer service and everyone was very friendly. If you need a teeth clean or you need to have some work done check them out.

First time here due to an insurance change, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough, attentive, and professional they were during the visit!!! I have been a patient at Stress Free Dentistry for years and I was apprehensive about going to another dental office due to an insurance change, however, they made the transition seamless AND painless! The only reason I rated them 4 out of 5 stars is because I was not expecting to be in the office for as long as I was for the initial visit and my stomach started growling because I didn't eat breakfast before coming in which was my fault. The only other thing that caused me to rate them at 4 out of 5 stars is because my daughter needed an antibiotic for a gum infection caused by an impacted wisdom tooth that was not covered by insurance, but once again that was not Aspen's fault but an insurance issue. I am glad that I made Aspen Dental my new oral care home!

I have a lot of anxiety regarding dentist visits. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole visit. I ended up needing a cavity filled and Dr. Lee and the dental assistants made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated the extra steps they took to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making my experience so positive.
